The Lexicon and Rule Systems 2.0: A re-centralization effort of the Rule Systems that focuses on customization of the look and feel of your Rule Systems, but also making it easier to actually build games quickly and easily.
Mobile App Beta: We're putting out the mobile app for open testing! It won't be perfect off the first pass, but we'll do our best and get there together.
Ad-hoc Systems: Hedron's System can be a bit tough, even with interactive tutorials, to understand immediately. As with any big tool, there's a learning curve. But, what if we could eliminate that too? Ad-hoc Systems make it as easy as easy gets to get a quick prototype and just try things out before you jump into a full automation system.
Custom Character Builders: Imagine if you could create a fully guided character builder process that worked for every game -- always.
Hedron Engine 2.0: The Hedron Engine has been doing great... in 90% of systems. We have some plans to bring it up to 99%; for example, Multi-Valued Character Sheets, Improved Calculation Breakdowns, and optimizations to reduce RAM usage.
3D Battle Maps: As promised, we're not just working on "Layered 2D Grids", we're launching a full 3D Battle Maps Systems with lighting and procedural generation.
Finalizing the Mobile App: With feedback coming together, we're going to make our final changes and really bring our app to that next level and close out the Beta.
More Games: With the beta firmly over, let's shift our focus from tech development towards bringing on some of the best indie creators.
Offline Support: Our most eagerly anticipated feature, we're going to make it so you can reference your content and work with your lore completely offline.
Complete Card Games: We already support some card games, but imagine being able to play card-predominant TTRPGs. That was the mission and now we do it.
TBD: We leave one of our big focuses as unknown for 2+ quarters ahead. This allows us to stay flexible and make sure we do the right things at the right times. And leaves us space to fail (with grace!).
Portrait Maker: We'll be launching a way to create some basic, but still somewhat customized characters -- just like old-school RPGs.
Discord Integration: We always wanted to do this. And we landed a bit short of our stretch goal to do it fast. But, we still want to do it, so we're going to try. This is a stretch goal that could fall off the roadmap, so take it with a grain of salt!
